In the lab
Internal Ops Copilot is an early concept we are scoping in the lab. The idea: most small teams already have the tools they need — forms, a calendar, a few spreadsheets, a shared drive — they just lose time stitching answers together across all of them.
This concept explores giving a team one assistant that can safely reach those tools through MCP, so questions like “what’s booked this week?” or “did that intake form come in?” get answered in one place.
What “Concept” means here
We label our work honestly. Concept means we are still defining the problem and the smallest useful version — there is no prototype to try yet. We build in the open, so when there is something to show, it will appear here and in Lab Notes.
